Sergy has started his BJJ journey in 2012 by joining to Fightzone London train under Marco Canha.Sergy is multiple IBJJF medalist since colour belts and he has won many national championships , AJP championships across the country also in the Europe.
Sergy received his black belt in November 2022 and been teaching BJJ since 2018.
Creating a unique approach for athletes, Sergy combines specialised movement training together with BJJ, enabling clients to mentally and physically reach their full performance potential.

By using simple breathing techniques everyone can conquer their own mind when they’re in stress and that’s where breathing part comes in to help you understand that you are in control of your mindset. When your mind is clear there is nothing that can stop you, but yourself.
