1. Who you book with
You book with Sercan Dinc, trading as Human Advantage (details in the legal notice). Each retreat takes place outside the United Kingdom at the venue named on its page.
2. Prices and what is included
Prices are per person, for the room type you choose, in the currency you choose at checkout. What is included and not included is listed on each retreat page and forms part of your booking. Flights and optional activities are not included unless stated.
3. Deposit and balance
Your place is confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment. The deposit amount per person and the balance due date are shown on the retreat page and in your confirmation email (Cappadocia 2027: £250 deposit per person, balance due by 7 March 2027). The deposit is normally non-refundable; the cancellation and refund policy explains what happens if the balance is not paid on time.
4. Early bird
When a retreat page shows an early bird offer, the discount applies to bookings whose deposit is paid on or before the date shown (Cappadocia 2027: 10% off with a deposit paid by 1 December 2026). It is applied automatically at booking.
5. If you cancel
Please tell us in writing at info@humanadvantage.uk. Cancellation charges, refunds and transfers to another person follow our cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. If we change or cancel
If we cancel a retreat, you can choose a full refund of the amounts you paid, a transfer to another retreat, or a credit for a future retreat, as set out in our cancellation and refund policy. We are not responsible for flights or other costs you booked separately, except where the law says otherwise, so we recommend flexible tickets and travel insurance.
7. Health and participation
Sessions are adapted to all levels. You take part at your own pace and tell the coaches about any injury or medical condition before training. Please check with a doctor if you have any doubt about your fitness to take part.
8. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care and the activities of the retreat.
