The retreat
A 5-night / 6-day experience built around Gi & No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, movement, exploration and connection, in one of the most extraordinary landscapes in the world.
HUMAN ADVANTAGE CAPPADOCIA EDITION is a 5-night / 6-day experience set in one of the most extraordinary landscapes in the world.
From 24–29 June 2027, we’ll come together in Cappadocia for an experience built around Gi & No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, movement, exploration and connection.
We’ll be staying at one of the region’s most stunning cave hotels, surrounded by Cappadocia’s iconic valleys, rock formations and centuries of history.
On the mats, Marco Canha and Ross Nicholls will share their knowledge and experience through a mix of Gi and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu sessions, giving you the opportunity to learn, explore new concepts and experience their different approaches to the game.
Beyond Jiu-Jitsu, we’ll bring the Human Advantage philosophy into the retreat with movement practice, valley hikes and time outdoors, creating space to move, recover, connect and experience Cappadocia beyond the mats.

The programme
Each day will bring a mix of Gi & No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu sessions with Marco Canha and Ross Nicholls, alongside movement practice and plenty of time to relax, recover and enjoy Cappadocia.
Beyond the mats, we’ll head out to explore one of Cappadocia’s incredible valleys on foot, taking in the landscape and nature that make this region so unique.
The week is designed to find the right balance between training, movement, adventure and connection while still giving you enough free time to enjoy the cave hotel, relax by the pool or explore Cappadocia at your own pace.
To close the retreat, we’ll come together for a special final evening with live music or a DJ, celebrating our last night together in Cappadocia.

As everyone may be arriving and departing at different times, if your flight doesn’t align with the scheduled transfer, you’ll need to make your own way to and from the hotel. If you choose to fly to Kayseri, we’ll be happy to provide guidance on arranging your transfer to the hotel.
Explore beyond the retreat
Your time in Cappadocia doesn’t have to end when training does.
