The retreat
Seven days at Grün Resort in Uluwatu: yoga flows, surf, No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, mobility, breathwork and recovery, with luxury treehouses in the Balinese jungle.
HUMAN ADVANTAGE BALI EDITION took place in Uluwatu, at Grün Resort. Surrounded by nature and ocean views, the retreat combined yoga flows, surf sessions, No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, mobility training, sound healing, breathwork and mindful practices. Guests stayed in luxury treehouses in the Balinese jungle, with sauna and ice bath between sessions and meals prepared by the resort’s private chef.
