The retreat
The first week at The Land, in the mountains of Geyikbayırı: Jiu-Jitsu, movement, conditioning and recovery in the fresh mountain air.
With the backdrop of the Turkish mountains in Geyikbayırı, the coaches guided the group through the foundations of Jiu-Jitsu and movement, mobility and movement patterns, conditioning and mindset — with the sauna, massage hut and fresh water rivers close by.
