The retreat
A week at The Land, 500 m up in the hills of Mount Geyikbayırı: Jiu-Jitsu, movement, mobility, breath work and ice baths among pomegranate and olive trees.
“The Land”, at around 500 m altitude among sharp hills and forests, offers 12 modest bungalows surrounded by pomegranate and olive trees, with a natural pond, sauna and massage hut.
The coaches guided the group through the foundations and technicalities of Jiu-Jitsu and movement, with a focus on mobility, conditioning and mindset, balanced with breath work and ice bath sessions.
